Suntory PepsiCo Vietnam – Sting brand sponsors VND 5 billion for the Covid-19 Vaccine Fund

In order to support the Vietnam government in purchasing and distributing Covid-19 vaccines to protect the health of Vietnamese people, Suntory PepsiCo Vietnam Beverage Co., Ltd (“Suntory PepsiCo Vietnam”) contributed VND 5 billion to the Vietnam Covid-19 Vaccine Fund established under Decision No. 779/QD-TTg dated May 26, 2021 of the Prime Minister (“Covid-19 Vaccine Fund”) and organized the program "Sting – We Will Win".

To spread the belief that Vietnam will overcome the pandemic, Suntory PepsiCo Vietnam and the Sting brand contribute to speeding up the progress of vaccination work for Vietnamese people and spreading the humanity spirit and positive energy to everyone. The program “Sting – We Will Win” includes 3 main activities (“Program”):

(1) Sting brand sponsors in cash VND 5,000,000,000 (VND 5 billion) for the Covid-19 Vaccine Fund.

(2) Sting brand will launch a limited-edition package of "We Will Win" from June 22, 2021, nationwide. Inspired by the "V" in Vietnam, Vaccine and Victory, Sting hopes that the limited-edition design will spread the positive energy to everyone and enhance the belief that Vietnam will overcome the pandemic.

(3) Sting brand will launch a series of activities within the framework of the program "Sting – We Will Win" on Facebook to encourage the spirit of fighting the pandemic in Vietnam from June 19, 2021 (subjected to changes). The highlight activities are the music video We Will Win” and the creative photo contest “Trust to Win” inspired by the limited-edition can design. These activities hopefully not only help to spread the positive spirit but also enhance the confidence in the community that Vietnam will overcome the pandemic!

After the previous victories over the Covid-19 epidemic, worries about a new epidemic and new mutation are still present in people's minds and the desire to return to normal life is greater than ever. Understanding that vaccination is one of the long-term and appropriate solutions for ending the Covid-19 epidemic, Sting and Suntory PepsiCo Vietnam's brands wish to share the economic burden, and support the community in faster roll-out of vaccination for Vietnamese people. With that human meaning, through the program "Sting – We Will Win", Suntory PepsiCo Vietnam and Sting brand will join hands to contribute to bringing positive energy during the pandemic, a good future for the community, and making the wishes of all people come true.
